Job Description: We are currently seeking a casual retail assistant to join our Gold Coast team. The role will involve providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining the store's presentation, packing online sales, and working independently. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment. The roster may vary from 2 - 5 days per week and will include weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service in store and online
- Assisting with sales and maintaining the store's presentation
- Stock management and control
- Packing online sales accurately and efficiently
- Opening and closing the store.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well independently
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential

You will generally work in the store alone; therefore, full-day shifts (9 am – 5 pm) are a requirement.
