There are a couple of different ways to find products at Bodyboardshop.com
• Keyword Search - If you know exactly what you want then then you can use the ‘Search’ feature that is locate on the left hand side of the website. |

• Shop by Category - If you know what you want but aren't sure of the brand then to browse through all our products by the category you are looking for. You can find the list of categories on the left hand side of the page.

• Shop by Brand - If you know what brand you are looking for and just want to know what they have this season. Then pick your favourite brand from the list down the left hand side of the page.

| When you have found the product you would like to buy, select the stylecolour of your choice, click the 'Add to cart' button. You will be shown the contents of items in your 'Shopping Cart'. From here you can select to keep shopping for other products, or you can proceed to the checkout to make your payment. You will be prompted to Log-In with your username and password, if you are existing member and have shopped with us before, or if it is your first time shopping with us we require that you set up a user name and password. |

Can't find the perfect gift? Give someone a Bodyboardshop Gift Certificate and let them chose their own! It's very simple, just click on the "Gift Certificate" link under the shopping categories. Type in the value of the Gift Certificate that you would like to purchase. Then proceed to the checkout as you would with any other purchase on Bodyboardshop.com. Once your order has been confirmed, you will be emailed a unique code that will automatically credit for the recipients with the amount of your gift certificate next time shopping online. We are happy to send you a printed voucher with the unique code for the gift if you would like, just allow enough time for postage.

| If by some chance the product you purchase is unavailable, you will be notified within 24-48hours via email or phone call.
Please note the website is not in real time but is updated regularly and we do our best to ensure all information is correct. If a particular item is out of stock but is available from one of our suppliers, we will order the item in for you, alternatively we will recommend a number of suitable alternatives or comparable products.
