Keyword Search: There are a couple of different ways to find products at Bodyboardshop.com. If you know the name of what you are searching for then you can use the ‘Search’ feature on the front page of the website. For example; if you are looking for an NMD Winchester board, type that in and it will bring all the NMD Winchester bodyboards up on screen. If you would like to look at all products that are made by NMD, then just type 'NMD' and it will bring up all of the products. |

If you would like to browse through all our products you can go to the category you are looking for. We have sorted our Main Categories or Shopping Departments on the front page, then once you have clicked into a category, you can select a Sub-Category which is usually sorted brand or sub products.

| Online: When you have found the product you would like to buy, you select the style or colour of your choice, then click the 'Add to cart' button. You will then be shown the contents of items in your 'Shopping Cart'. From here you can select to keep shopping for other products, or you can proceed to the checkout to make your payment. You will be prompted to Log-In with your username and password, if you are existing member and have shopped with us before, or if it is your first time shopping with us we require that you set up a user name and password. This will make shopping in the future fast and easy. |

Phone: If you feel you need to ask a few questions before making your order, you can phone us and we can take your order over the phone. We can process your order right away if you are paying by credit card and send it that day.

| Mail Order: You may prefer to print out your order form and send it in the mail to us with a cheque or money order. Please select the "Print & Send" option in the payment options. You can then print out your order confirmation and send it to us with your payment. Your order will be send when the payment has been recieved and cleared. As we will not recieve your order right away, there is a small chance the product you have ordered may not be in stock any longer. If this is the case we will notify you right away with the option of another product or to send back your payment. |

Can't find the perfect gift? Give them a Bodyboardshop Gift Certificate and let them chose their own! It's very simple, just click on the "Gift Certificate" link under the shopping categories. Type in the value of the Gift Certificate that you would like to purchase. Then proceed to the checkout as you would with any other purchase on Bodyboardshop.com. Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, you will be emailed a unique code that will automatically credit you with the amount of your gift certificate next time shopping online. Being most likely a gift for someone, you can forward the email with the voucher code to the recipient.

One of the great things about the bodyboardshop.com website is that the online store is linked directly to the retail stores. If you see an item on the online store then it is available online and in the store. If it is not in stock then the website will tell you.
