Returns
- Please choose carefully when shopping on bodyboardshop.com. We DO NOT give refunds if you simply change your mind or accidently choose the wrong product. Refunds may only be given where goods have a manufacturers fault or are wrong described on bodyboarshop.com.
- We are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase - includes unused in original packaging, with all tags.
- There are no returns on SALE items or DVD'S.
- If you bought a bodyboard and had us install a plug, leash or the wrapper has been removed returns are not permitted.
- We cannot accept clothing returns if the item has been worn or washed. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing.
- Once anproducts has been used, worn, washed, ridden or altered in any way it is deemed a used and second hand product and is be unable to be returned.
- A return must be requested within 14 days of the purchase or ship date.
- You MUST contact us before you ship the product and explain why you are returning the item, and to let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.
Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping cost on all returns EXCEPT if an item is damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
If you are returning an item, you are welcome to:
- Store credit - We will issue you a store credit that you can use any time in the future. Less any postage charges paid.
- Exchange - If you wish to exchange a product, contact us in advance either via email or phone to make sure we have what you want in stock. We will charge/credit the difference to your account, and you will be responsible for shipping costs on returning the original item to us, and the shipping on the new item as well.
- Refund - We do not refund any products unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer. We do not refund if you simply change your mind but are happy to exchange or credit if the item is in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase - within 14 days from the purchase date.
Warranties
Most items have manufacturer warrantees. If you believe you have a warranty claim contact us right away and we will contact the manufacturer to determine the best solution to the problem. They reserve the right to repair or replace items covered under warranty. NO bodyboard is covered for creasing, bubbling, popped stringers or misuse. Please check the manufacturers conditions supplied with your bodyboard.
Sale items carry NO WARRANTY and NO REFUNDS!
In some warranty cases, you may still be liable for paying shipping costs to get the product to the manufacturer.

Board sports are inherently dangerous activities and could cause serious injury or death. Use of products on this website require skill and the exercise of caution. Children using these products should be properly supervised by adults. Due to the nature of these products, the seller, distributor or manufacturer assume no responsibility of damage or injury which may be caused by the use of these products whether caused by accident, negligence or otherwise. Through the purchase of use of these products, the purchaser and/or user understands and agrees to assume all responsibility of any damage or injury caused by any use of these products.
Errors and Omissions Excluded
Please be advised that every care is taken to ensure that the products pictured are exactly the same as ordered. However in rare circumstances it may happen that the manufacturer improves the product or alters the colour (e.g. Board colours) prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, should this occur. Please note: all t-shirts, shorts, hoodies, beanies, hats, and boards come in assorted colours, and not necessarily the colour shown - these merely depict the logo or style.
