Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with our service. We are happy to exchange or for you to return good for up to 60 days from date of purchase.
 
Reasons for Return or Exchange:

Damaged Goods
If you have received goods that are damaged in any way, or are not the items that you ordered we are more than happy to refund or exchange the products. Please phone us on 0754 776663 and we will organise a pick up.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Fit
If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the fit, we are happy to exchange but you will have to pay the cost of sending it back to us, and also cover the extra cost of delivery for the new goods.
When returning goods, you must ensure that they are not damaged and are in the condition they were when sent from our wearhouse. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return.

• Returned Items will be inspected before we issue an exchange or refund.
• Clothing must not be worn or washed.
• Videos must not have been opened.
• All items must be in the new condition they were sent out in.

We can refund your credit card or provide you with a credit voucher in our store. International refunds may take a few days to show up on your statement.
