Australian Air Express (Order inside Australia) Small items such as clothing, accessories, fins.
2 - 5 days delivery time
Direct Freight (Orders inside Australia). Large Items such as Bodyboards. Or any combination of a bodyboard plus other items.
2 - 5 days delivery time
Australia Post Air Mail (International Orders - Outside Australia).
7 - 21 days delivery time.
ECI (Express Courier International) - (International Orders. Express Courier Service.
3 - 5 days delivery time.
Delivery Calculation
Our delivery calculator works out the weight, and size of the product(s) you have ordered, then uses the region you are shipping to to determine your shipping rate. Once you select the country you are having your order delviered to, you can view the shipping price. If you are happy with this, you can then continue to the checkout.
At this point you can calculate the cost of shipping your order. A pop-up box will apear when you click 'Choose shipping Option' . You select your region and delivery preference. You can then continue to the checkout to make your payment, or you can abort the order.
Who is my order shipped with?
We only use the most reliable and fast shipping companies. Options are below:
Australian Air Express: Inside Australia for small items such as clothing and accessories.
Direct Freight: Inside Australia for all large items such as Bodyboards.
Australia Post Air Mail: International Shipping Option. Standard World Wide Air Mail.. Approx delivery time is 7 - 21 days.
International Express Courier: International Express Shipping. Approx delivery is 3 - 5 days anywhere in the world.
What if your not home at the time of delivery?
Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then call and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient.
