How long does delivery take?

Most items are dispatched from us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship to just about anywhere in the world.

Domestic Customers - Inverted Bodyboarding are committed to a fast turn around time with your order. All order's will be shipped outthe same or next business day, provided we have product in stock. If we do not have product in stock we will endeavour to get your item in ASAP and shipped out same day. The majority of items arrive to you within 48 hours from time of purchase.

International Customers - Australia Post suggest parcels will be delivered between 7-21 working days (if using standard Air Mail). We cannot guarantee this delivery time as it does vary between countries and regions. Express services are also available. Contact us for further information.

Who is my order shipped with?

We only use the most reliable and fast shipping companies.

Domestic Customers - Your order is shipped with Australia Post through the POSTeParcel system unless you specify otherwise (charges may apply). Australia Post is the most cost effective and efficient postal service, committed to providing a high-quality mail and parcel delivery service within Australia. Larger boards will be sent through the Fastway Courier service.

International Customers — Your order is shipped with Australia Post Air Mail unless you specify otherwise (charges may apply). Air Mail is the standard service accommodating letters and parcels up to 20kg.

Delivery Calculation

Our delivery calculator works out the weight, and size of the product(s) you have ordered, then uses the region you are shipping to to determine your shipping rate. Once you select the country you are having your order delviered to, you can view the shipping price. If you are happy with this, you can then continue to the checkout.

What if your not home at the time of delivery?

Most of our delivery companies will deliver between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home to sign for your delivery, they will leave a calling card. You must then call and quote your consignment number to arrange another delivery time that is convenient.
