The versatile bodyboard, amongst other things bodyboarding related, has begun a slow phase out. We here at Inverted understand the need for it in the modern quiver however and have done our very best to maintain our range of versatile bodyboards as times have changed over the last ten or so years. Our range now still includes all the very best from big brands like The Versus Project, Mike Stewarts Science, Nomad bodyboards and more. Relatively spoilt for choice, there’s more where this came from. Depending on your personal preference of shape and template you might well find there is more than just this list of boards which accommodate for your versatile bodyboarding affiliation.
Drop Knee as a sport has long lied in cahoots with bodyboarding as for its similar approach to wave riding. Hunting for sucky waves and big bowls Drop Knee’ers and prone bodyboarders are often found hunting the same waves and doing so together. As time progressed the wires between the two have crossed and uncrossed multiple times. The following boards allow the wires to cross without leaning too dramatically one way or the other. If you’ve any further queries as to our range of versatile bodyboards feel free to contact either one of our stores via phone or email for a more in depth as to the variations of boards, foams and uses of the following boards.
