Understand that we cannot control the delivery of your order (as much as we would love it if we could). Be patient and contact us if you have concerns, we will do everything in our power to help.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to all Australian* orders over $300, excluding sale items, soft surfboards and package deals. If you are not eligible for Free Shipping a minimal shipping rate will be calculated, based on the weight of your order.

Click and Collect

If you are based on the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast (or headed our way for holidays), you can always select Click and Collect at the check out. Please note, Click and Collects can take anywhere from one to three days to be available, depending on stock availability. The second your Click and Collect is available to be picked up, you will be notified. You will not be charged a shipping nor a holding fee for this service. Instore pickups are totally free. 

How long does delivery take?

We understand you want your order as soon as possible. We strive to get the quickest turn around time possible, from the moment you place your order to the moment we ship it out. Provided your ordered product(s) is/are in stock we will do everything within our power to have them shipped out the same, if not, the next day of your order being processed. Please understand our shipping facilities operate only during business hours. All orders placed outside of these hours will be assessed as per the norm the next available business day. During peak periods customers might experience elongated wait periods, any orders placed with 'free shipping' can, depending on circumstances, expect a wait time of up to two or three days before dispatch. 

In the rare circumstances your product has sold out and can not be fulfilled, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Depending on your geographical location your shipping time might vary. The majority of items under normal circumstances will arrive to you within 2-3 business days after being shipped if you are on the East Coast of Australia. West Australia and North Australiawill normally take 7 - 10 business days and somewhere in the middle for anyone in between. This delivery process is handled by a third party and is not reflective of our procedures. In the rare circumstances the shipping process goes awry we will hold your hand throughout. Please be aware peak periods can create elongated shipping periods, so make sure you're thinking ahead when ordering.

Express Post

If you’re gung-ho for your order there are express options to get you shredding asap! The prices for Express Post are calculated at the time of checkout and are what we pay, nothing more nothing less. Please note Express Post to WA may still take 3 - 4 business days.

International Customers

To all our international amigos, Australia Post suggests parcels to be delivered between 7-21 working days. We can not however guarantee this delivery time as it is somewhat variable dependant on your country and region.
It's worth noting we don't charge Australian GST so all international orders will have their own 10% discount. 
International shipping rates are calculated at the checkout and take into account the weight and size of the product(s) you have ordered and the region you are shipping to. Once you selected your country you will be given a rate for your shipping. 

What if you're not home at the time of delivery?

Even if you note in your order comments to leave your parcel unattended and on your premises we will overwrite that and have your parcel require an autograph upon delivery. Please understand this is for security reasons, hypothetically we're not in any way required to replace a stolen bodyboard, but nor do we intend to argue this point with anyone. If you’re not home and unable to sign for your delivery, don't sweat it, the posty will issue you a calling card requesting you to pick your package up from your local post office. Remember to take your ID with you.


  • Some countries might get you down with taxes or import duty on items entering the country. Because we’re unworldly and don’t know enough as to these fees we do not take responsibility for these charges and cannot estimate as to what they might be.
  • It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery details when purchasing from us. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver your order to the address specified on the order. We do not accept liability for direct, indirect and or consequential loss or damage, arising due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address. So make sure you double and triple (even quad if you’re not feeling good) check your details are correct!
  • In the very rare circumstances your package goes missing in transit, we are not held responsible. This won't stop us from doing our absolute utmost to assist in the parcels recovery, however missing packages remain the responsibility of Australia Post.
