Classic Surfboards

The classic surfboards are amongst our best-selling surfboards - the most popular pieces of foam making their ways out of our doors. Each of these shapes tend to offer a narrower set nose allowing the rider a push towards performance surf board riding. Our range of classic soft surfboards stem from a series of well recognised brands from within the industry. Those being, Drag, Ryder, Mullet and Softlite. With roots in the ground for a long time now each of these brands know their way around the market and have tried, tested and manufactured their range of boards accordingly.
All of our soft surfboard brands are now using an Extruded Polystyrene foam (EPS). Which is not only watertight, but is also a much more compressed foam than you might be used to. This means durability and buoyancy will increase, which in turn ought to allow for easier wave catching and riding. This foam also plays a role in making our soft surfboards appropriate for entry level surfers, as well as experienced levelled surfers looking to mix it up with a softer option for smaller conditions. Atop of the EPS foam, the larger part of these soft surfboards will also have a variation of stringer reinforcement through the core. The carbon fibre rod, which we refer to as the stringer offers extra rigidity and adds to the overall spine and life of the surfboard.
