Bat Tail Bodyboards

The bat tail bodyboard in the modern market is unfortunately limited in popularity and therefore limited in branding. Narrowed down to Funkshen, HB, Hubboards, JG, Nomad, Science and Stealth bodyboards you’re not going to be let down in terms of performance under any circumstances. The wider set concaves on the bat tail board offer maximum drive and maximum manoeuvrability. Make the transition from a crescent tail and you will notice spins, carves and bottom turns feel simply cleaner by comparison to what they might on your every---- day crescent tail. The outer channels of the bat tail are intensified by the central piece of the tail which separates and pushes water flow out towards the outer channels and maximises waterflow and therefore speed. However, having such a small pocket of waterflow can sometimes make for difficult controlling in bigger waves, but we know once you do, you won’t look back
