Radial Flex
Based on our findings we have developed the Dynamic Arc® technology. Constructed from a single beam of lightweight, high-tensile Divinycell structural foam, the Dynamic Arc® has been configured to disperse the structural load along its vertical surface, as well as enabling instant transfer from compression load to projection.
Varial Mesh

Varial Mesh
Our new VarialMesh technology consists in a double layer of mesh, right where you need it most, further enhancing projection thanks to the tension it creates and reducing elbow creases. A first layer is laminated outside the Radial Flex Dynamic Arc®, between the deck & the core of your bodyboard. A second layer is laminated between the core and the slick, on the whole surface of the slick.

Rail to Rail concave technology features a shorter single to double concave design with a central flat bridge between both sides, facilitating seamless rail-to-rail transitions. This flat section acts as a pivotal point, increasing the leverage of the rider's weight and enhancing control in critical wave conditions.

DuPont Surlyn Slick
Surlyn plastic is thin and durable making it the most popular top end slick. Surlyn plastic will bend and stretch before it creases or snaps. This is a must have for intermediate through to advanced riders.
Wave core PE deck skin on a bodyboard
Wavecushion 8lb NXLPE (Indo) Decking
Wavecushion decking is a 8lb decking foam. Much like the PE core, the PE decking is soft and flexible. Unlike the PE core, PE decking is used on all top end boards as for the flex and softness which allows riders to create a foam memory. Despite being soft and flexible PE is still extraordinarily durable.
