The Easter Sale is now over! Thank you to everyone who ordered, sorry if you missed out on the board that you wanted. That first hour was intense!

It has been a huge couple of days and we are working as fast as we can to get all your orders out! Be patient, they will be with you shortly 

 

FAQ’s

What is the Inverted Easter Sale?

It is the same sale we do every year. 1 day only on Easter Saturday. All boards are marked down to a nice neat price. $150, $200, $250, $300, $400.

Wetsuits -  20% off, All t-shirts $30.

Are you open in store for the sale?
We are not. Given the current Covid-19 restrictions we do not have the floor capacity to accommodate everyone in store during the sale. That is why this year the Inverted Easter sale will be online only.

When does the sale start?

The sale starts online from 9am AEST.

Is free shipping available?

No sorry, not that these prices, but be assured shipping costs are very minimal. If you are local to one of our store please select in-store pick up. Thats free!

Can I pick my order up in store?

Yes, you can, but not untill monday or after, We will advise you when your order is ready to be picked up via email. You will need a copy of the email that says your order is ready for collection as well as an original invoice. Any customers who attempt to pick their order up without both these emails will be turned around. Note: we will be closed until Monday the 13th of April, you will not be able to collect your board before then.

The item I want is not online. Can you order it in?

No. During the Easter sale we sell directly from our stock levels. So, if something is not available online that means it has sold out and will no longer be available for the duration of the sale. So, if the item you want isn’t available. Forget it and go and find the next best thing. Alternatively, all items will be available as per the norm when the sale ends, although they will be at full RRP.

Does putting an item in my cart secure it?

No. A product is not guaranteed to be yours until the sale is finalised.  

How long will it take to receive my board?
We do our best to pack and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items from the Easter sale cannot be shipped before couriers reopen on Tuesday.

During peak periods customers might experience elongated wait periods, expect a wait time of up to two or three days before dispatch. Rest assured, we will be doing the best we can to get your order out as soon as possible.

In the rare circumstances wherein an item you have ordered has sold out, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched most metro areas can expect a wait time of two to three days. Checkout our ‘shipping information’ page for the full list of shipping times.

Can you hold an item for me?

No. We do not hold sale items at any time. The only way to secure your item is to actually complete the checkout process.

What happened to direct deposit payments?

We have removed them for the sale because we cannot hold a board until payment is received. PayPal can be utilised with direct deposit if that is how you need to pay. We apologise for the inconvenience but we have to be fair to everyone.

Will you be having another sale again soon?

In approximately 365 days, yes.

What is the best size for me to buy?

Every single item online has a size guide. Check it out before you purchase your item. Please note however these guides are intended as rough guides only.

I can’t participate in the sale; can you do the same price for me next week?

No. Sale prices are not valid once the sale finishes.

Can you plug my bodyboard for me?

Of course. All plugging options are available when checking out your bodyboard. Depending on the bodyboard you can request a right side, left side and centre plug. Please note, when you select any plugging option you are allowing our team of professionals to plug your board at their own discretion (as they have been doing for years).

What is the best side to plug my bodyboard?

If you’re right-handed go to the right-hand side. If you’re left-handed go to the left-hand side.

Are fins and leashes on sale?

No. Sorry these almost never go on sale. But there are a few random markdowns in our general sale category

Can I get a refund if I don’t like my purchase?

No. We do not offer refunds. Provided your item(s) is in a saleable condition, you are more than entitled to a store credit or swap over. This can be processed either in store or online. Please note, once a bodyboard has been plugged or removed from its wrapper it cannot be returned. View our returns and refund policy for more information

Can I use a discount code on my order?

No. Discount codes cannot be used when checking out already discounted items.

Do I have to use a code do get my discount?

No. All items have been automatically discounted. If an item shows no discount in your cart it is because it is not included in the sale.

What if I have a question that hasn’t been answered in the list above?
